Structural Fingerprint® Exam
The Cornerstone of Dr. Maggs' Structural Management® Program
There are 5 distinctly unique biomechanical fault patterns. By performing the Structural Fingerprint® Exam, we can determine which pattern every human being falls into and provide the appropriate corrections designed to reduce musculoskeletal injuries and delay degenerative changes before these changes and injuries occur.
Components of the Structural Fingerprint® Exam
Dr. Maggs' Structural Fingerprint® Exam is a comprehensive, systematic and repeatable exam that can detect imbalances that can lead to future injuries. It can be performed on patients of any age, and is especially helpful for athletes when performed before starting the sports season. The Structural Fingerprint® Exam includes the following components:
CPOYA™ and the Structural Fingerprint® Exam
Dr. Maggs created his CPOYA™ program to train practitioners to apply the Structural Management® Program in helping middle and high school athletes. He believes that every middle and high school athlete should have a Structural Fingerprint® Exam before each season starts. This approach would help identify biomechanical faults that can then be treated and corrected, reducing the potential for injury.
