Get an X-Ray

When your orthotics arrive, you will find a card with instructions inside the packaging. Present the instructions to your local medical professional that can provide an x-ray. This may be a chiropractor, radiology center, hospital, osteopath or orthopedist. Or make an x-ray appointment with Dr. Maggs if you are local to the Schenectady NY area.
If the x-ray shows that your hips are not balanced with the orthotic in place, you'll need to order a heel lift which can be easily placed under the orthotic to ensure your hips are balanced.
